INVITATION EXHIBITION: DECAY

This exhibition is based on the works of Sean Yoro, or Hula. He is a Japanese America artist from Hawaii. Many of his works are created where the water and land meet. His inspiration comes from his love of the ocean. Yoro uses his paddleboard to reach the perfect canvas on abandoned walls. His main subjects are women and he paints with vegetable oil based paints. As time passes, his works slowly disintegrate as the water washes it up with each pass. This exhibition is called DECAY to represent Yoro’s work and how these painted women decay over time.
